A one hour session to help you grow your mindfulness practice and share it with others. We begin with a guided meditation followed by group discussion on what we are experiencing in our practice or questions we may have and we end with another guided meditation.

An intuitive shoe reading to tell you what your shoes say about your soul. It will help you to know what life you’re stepping into and support you to live as your most authentic and vivacious self.

This interactive workshop teaches you how to use mindful awareness in your communication so that you can express yourself clearly, lovingly, and effectively. You will learn practical mindfulness techniques to listen deeply, develop compassionate understanding, and speak your truth in love so that we can all be heard. Lunch will be provided.
